Gennady Besedin

Gennady Besedin is currently serving as the Regional Legal Entity Accounting Controller at Kenvue since May 2023. Previously, Gennady held various roles at Johnson & Johnson from June 2018 to May 2023, including Regional Legal and Finance Accounting Controller for Global Services Consumer EMEA, where responsibilities included coordinating US GAAP and Local GAAP audits and leading the Legal Entity Accounting team. Gennady also worked as the Regional Finance Accounting Controller and contributed to the Global Services Finance team, overseeing multiple accounting areas, and served as a Finance Transformation Project Lead. Prior experience includes a role as a Finance Analyst at Parmalat Group from February 2011 to June 2012. Gennady holds a second university degree in Financial Management from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics, and is a member of ACCA.
