Marvin Olayo

Marvin Olayo is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in fleet development and propulsion engineering at Kenya Airways since 2015, where roles include Head of Fleet Development, leading fleet strategy and aircraft acquisitions, as well as various leadership positions in propulsion engineering. Olayo has also held engineering roles with Rift Valley Railways and served as President of the Rotaract Club of Nairobi Parklands, focusing on charity and leadership development. An engineering graduate from Moi University, Olayo has further enhanced skills with certifications in finance and negotiation from Udemy and Yale University, respectively.
