Simon Joss

Simon Joss is a seasoned project director currently leading a PM/CM team at KEO International Consultants, focusing on mixed-use commercial and retail facilities since June 2023. Previously, Simon successfully delivered the Samhan Car Park Project in Riyadh while serving as a senior project manager. Simon's extensive experience includes a directorship at Encompass UK LLC, providing critical business advice and technical due diligence in construction, and a director role at ARC Space, where numerous large-scale government, commercial, and residential projects were completed on time and within budget. Simon holds a Master of Business Administration in Project & Operations Management from Abertay University and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from the University of Roehampton.
