Elaine Ibbotson

Elaine has specialised in handling motor fraud claims since 2004, acting on behalf of a number of insurers and self-insured organisations. Elaine joined Keoghs in 2009 and has been involved in the provision of client training on issues such as policy indemnity disputes, fraud investigation techniques and sanctions and recoveries.

Elaine has a particular interest in motor insurance claims connected with criminal investigations and has handled numerous cases involving various police forces across England and Wales which have resulted in successful prosecutions. Within Keoghs, Elaine provides technical supervision for the Counter Fraud Services team and is the Director of Complex Fraud.
