Richard Graham

Richard Graham serves as the Managing Director of KeolisAmey Docklands Ltd, overseeing the operation of London’s Docklands Light Railway on behalf of Transport for London. Since January 2017, Richard has also held multiple board director positions, including roles at KeolisAmey Docklands Ltd, Transport for Wales Innovation Services Ltd, and KeolisAmey Operations. Recognized for achievements in safety and customer service, Richard has played a significant role in Keolis’ performance and development, having served on the UK board and the Executive Leadership Team. Prior experience includes being the founding Managing Director of Newton Europe’s U.S. operations and leadership in the British Army as a SSLC Officer in the Royal Engineers. Richard holds a first-class MEng degree from the University of Oxford and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and London Business School.
