Federica Bianchi

Federica Bianchi is a Global Learning & Development Specialist at Kering since March 2023, with a robust background in training and development roles across prestigious organizations such as CHANEL, Christian Dior Couture, and Hermès. With experience as a Training and Learning Development Officer at CHANEL and a Global Learning and Development Assistant at Christian Dior Couture, Federica has cultivated expertise in employee development strategies. Prior experience includes a Learning & Development internship at Amazon and HR & Employer Branding internship at Veepee. Federica's foundational skills in leadership and public speaking were enhanced through participation as a UN Ambassador in the Change the World Model United Nations.
