Sonal Chaple

Sonal Chaple is an accomplished professional in the field of food science and technology, currently serving as RD&A Senior Scientist at Kerry since June 2022, after progressing through various roles including RD&A Scientist and Senior RD&A Technologist. Prior to this, Sonal held positions at Technological University Dublin from September 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included Technical Officer and Senior Laboratory Demonstrator. Experience also includes a role as Quality Coordinator at General Mills from October 2015 to March 2018 and as Quality Assurance Executive at SABMiller from July 2011 to May 2012. Educational qualifications consist of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Food Science and Technology from University College Dublin and Technological University Dublin, along with a Master's degree in Food Engineering and Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
