Damon P. Holt

Damon P. Holt currently serves as Vice President of Engineering & Strategy at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Damon held various leadership positions at Otter Products, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, overseeing the Global Supply Chain. Earlier experiences include serving as Executive Director of North America Services Supply Chain at Lenovo and a Senior Manager in Global Procurement & Supply Chain at Dell. Damon began a career in engineering and operations management at EUROLOGIC SYSTEMS LIMITED and RBM Precision Metals, following a foundation in Design and Sales Engineering at ITW Shakeproof Group. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado Denver Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
