Brett then worked as a Sales Representative/New Business Development at Power Sonic Corporation, managing distributor accounts and implementing JIT delivery systems. From 2005 to 2014, they served a District Sales Manager at IKO International, a US subsidiary of Nippon-Thompson Co., Ltd. Brett then worked as a Sales Account Manager at Inabata America Corporation, providing innovative solutions and services for various industries. In their role as a Sales Account Manager at NBK America LLC from 2016 to 2017, they managed sales in the western region of the US. In 2017, they became a Branch Sales Manager at SMAC Moving Coil Actuators, a manufacturer of precision electric actuators. Currently, they are working as an Advisor at KÉXY, a company focused on providing innovative software products and services to various industries.
Brett Aquilina pursued their education starting in 1984 at Naugatuck Community College in Waterbury, CT. Here, they focused on Accounting and Business/Management, but did not complete a degree. From 1985 to 1989, Brett then attended Sophia University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
