Jan Kalt

Jan Kalt is currently serving as Leiter Immobilien at KIBAG since September 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles at AXA Investment Managers from January 2014 to September 2025, where Jan held the titles of Team Leader Development & Construction and Project Manager Development & Construction. Jan also worked as Architekt and Büroleitung at WA3 Werkgruppe für Architektur from March 2011 to October 2013, overseeing a team and managing projects. Earlier experience includes research and educational assistance at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft HTW Chur, as well as architectural roles at Clavuot Conradin Architekt Chur and Fischer Architekten AG. Jan Kalt completed a MAS in Real Estate Management at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich and obtained a Dipl. Architekt FH from The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur.
