Marcy McCroskey is the Marketing Communications Manager at Kimbel Mechanical Systems. Marcy has been with the company since October 2014 and in their current role since July 2022.

McCroskey is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Kimbel brands, with a focus on brand awareness, culture, and retention. Marcy has also overseen the rebranding of the $100 million dollar company, including signage and fleet. Additionally, they manage and designs content for the Kimbel website to amplify recruitment and knowledge of the skilled trades.

McCroskey has also produced company-wide newsletter including editing, writing content, and photography for a quarterly distribution with the objective to educate families on our company and praise our employees. Marcy has also designed targeted marketing materials to educate others on the trades profession and extensive career opportunities.

In addition to their marketing responsibilities, McCroskey has also been responsible for corporate stewardship and donations. Marcy has also been appointed to and managed multiple committees for company-wide events.

Marcy McCroskey has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Lyon College. Marcy has also taken masters study classes in Clothing & Textiles from the University of Central Arkansas. Marcy is certified by Dale Carnegie Training in Leadership, Public Speaking, and Organizational Development. Marcy also has a Certificate of Proficiency in Qualitative Research from Burke Institute.
