Daniel Hoop

Daniel Hoop is a Civil Analyst at Kimley-Horn since March 2024 and serves as the Founder and CEO of Hoop Asset Management since February 2022. Previously, Daniel held multiple roles at 33 Buckets, including Executive Director, Engineering Consultant, and Project Development Intern from October 2017 to November 2023. Notable experience includes working as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in the EPICS program at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University in early 2020, and as a Civil Design Assistant on the Stormwater Management Team at HILGARTWILSON, LLC from January to June 2019. Daniel also mentored in the EPICS High program from September 2017 to December 2018. Daniel earned a degree in Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University and completed a Certificate in Cross-Sector Leadership through the ASU Next Generation Service Corps, along with honors from Barrett Honors College. Education culminated with a diploma with Ignatian Honors from Rockhurst High School in 2016.
