Tiffany Cooper

Tiffany Cooper is the Senior Vice President of Development at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Tiffany has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in hotel development and franchise growth.

Tiffany began their career with Kimpton in 1995 as the Director of Sales & Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for increasing revenue and market share for the company. After four years in this position, Tiffany left Kimpton to join Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.

At Starwood, Tiffany served as the Vice President of Development for the Western Region of the United States. In this role, they were responsible for expanding the franchise development pipeline and footprint for eight of the 10 Starwood brands across all segments and project types. After 17 years with Starwood, Tiffany returned to Kimpton in 2016 as the Senior Vice President of Development.

In their current role, Tiffany is responsible for overseeing all aspects of development for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. This includes new build opportunities, conversion projects, adaptive reuse projects, and more. Under Tiffany’s leadership, Kimpton has seen significant growth and expansion in recent years.

Tiffany Cooper has a Master of Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University, a Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University - East Bay.

They are on a team with Hari Jun - Director of Development, Charlotte Dehaven - Vice President, Development. Tiffany Cooper reports to Allison Reid, Chief Development Officer.
