Claudio Astolfi

Claudio Astolfi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in content management and customer support. Currently serving as Content Manager at Kindred Group plc since September 2018, Claudio has also held roles as CRM Campaign Manager, Customer Escalation Coordinator, and Customer Support Agent within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Web Content Writer for the Circolo culturale russo a Pavia from September 2017 to January 2018, creating and translating content about Russian culture for social media. Claudio holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages & Cultures and Linguistics from Università di Pavia and has also studied Foreign Languages and Linguistics at Tallinn University.
