Kea Schwiebert

At Kindred Partners, Kea focuses on recruiting top GTM executives for high-growth, emerging technology companies. Previously, she served as a consultant in Caldwell Partner’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Practice, where she built senior leadership teams across enterprise and consumer technology organizations.

Prior to joining Caldwell Partners, Kea was a member of Heidrick & Struggles’ CEO and Board of Directors practice. She began her career as an employee recruiting and engagement research specialist at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB).

A graduate of Brown University, Kea resides on Long Island and is the proud mom of two boys (and her rescue dog, Copper).
