Joie McCracken, MPH, PMP, serves as a Senior Project Manager for the Assessment, Policy Development, and Evaluation (APDE) and Chronic Disease & Injury Prevention (CDIP) Division at King County, WA, since July 2017, following prior roles within the same division. McCracken's experience includes managing HEDIS projects at Community Health Plan of Washington, with a focus on Medicaid and Medicare compliance, and promoting healthy aging initiatives at Seattle Senior Services.
