Joie McCracken

Joie McCracken, MPH, PMP, serves as a Senior Project Manager for the Assessment, Policy Development, and Evaluation (APDE) and Chronic Disease & Injury Prevention (CDIP) Division at King County, WA, since July 2017, following prior roles within the same division. McCracken's experience includes managing HEDIS projects at Community Health Plan of Washington, with a focus on Medicaid and Medicare compliance, and promoting healthy aging initiatives at Seattle Senior Services. Previous roles also encompass outreach and education event coordination at The Hope Heart Institute as well as key operational responsibilities in medical settings. McCracken holds a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Sociology from the University of Washington.
