Gregory Gaugler is an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with a robust background in various facets of commercial loan transactions and real estate processes. Currently employed at King & Spalding since September 2020, Gregory has also held similar roles at prominent firms including Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, and Alston & Bird. With a career spanning over two decades, key responsibilities have included reviewing and drafting loan documents, negotiating title insurance and lease agreements, and overseeing due diligence for transactions involving commercial properties.
