Michelle DesChenes is a Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners. Michelle has a 20-year track record of success in recruitment, executive search and client support. She has built trusted partnerships in the areas of Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Audit/Compliance, Supply Chain & Procurement and Healthcare.

Before joining Kingsley Gate, Michelle was a Managing Director at GattiHR, leading its Human Resources Executive Search practice.

Drawing on her operational background, Michelle has assisted companies across a broad range of industries, including Oil & Gas, Clean Energy, Healthcare, Accounting/Financial Services, Technology, and Legal. Michelle has been involved in supporting the restructuring and growth of companies from start-ups to Fortune 500, always focusing on partnering with senior leadership to create profitable and more efficient organizations by providing them with the best talent, coupled with an impeccable level of customer service.
