Sara Crespi

Sara Crespi currently serves as the Head of HR Processes and Organization at KION Group since February 2022, following a role as HR Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist. Prior experience includes positions as an HR Generalist at ESSECO S.R.L. and Pensotti Fabbrica Caldaie Legnano SpA, where skills in industrial relations, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff administration were developed. Additionally, Sara managed audits for HR departments, drafted and implemented HR procedures, and supported organizational development initiatives. Sara's career in HR began as an HR Specialist at SICES SpA, backed by a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
