D'Juan Johnson

D'Juan "DJ" Johnson serves as the Director of College & Career Counseling at KIPP Texas Public Schools since September 2024. Prior to this role, DJ held various positions including Associate Director of Program at Beyond 12, Program Manager at EMERGE Fellowship, and College & Career Readiness Advisor at Houston ISD. DJ's earlier experience includes serving as a College Advisor with College Advising Corps, a Counselor at Kids KLUB Child Care Center, a Referee for the City of College Station, and a Program Aide at Boys and Girls Clubs of America. DJ earned a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Angelo State University and completed undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University.
