Mike started with OnBase 12 years ago in the financial industry learning from a perspective of business process discovery using Workflow and working backwards to upgrades. He feels this method of learning enforced the idea of understanding the customer’s business and handling their challenges by implementing the most efficient solution. This approach gave him the opportunity of learning a variety of skills including Workview, Workflow, scripting and requirement gathering.
