Maciej Kuczynski is the current VP of Global Operations at Kitopi. Maciej has also served as the Director of Operations for Starbucks Coffee MENA, Brand President for Blue Frog in China, and VP of Human Resources and OPS Services in the US branch of AmRest. Prior to that, they were the Pizza Hut Brand President for CEE and Area Manager for AmRest.

Maciej has extensive experience in leading and transforming businesses. Maciej was instrumental in the transformation of Pizza Hut from a QSR-like brand to the biggest casual dining brand in Poland. Maciej also led the growth of Blue Frog from 11 to 33 stores in just three years.

Maciej is a proven leader with a track record of success. Maciej is passionate about their work and is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and grow businesses.

Maciej Kuczynski studied linguistics at the University of Wroclaw, where they earned their master's degree. Maciej then went on to study economics at Akademia Ekonomiczna im. Oskara Langego we Wrocławiu, where they earned their bachelor's degree. Finally, they earned a DESS in politiques europeennes from Sciences Po Strasbourg.

Maciej Kuczynski reports to Toon Gyssels, COO. and Grant Nash - Director, Property reports to Maciej Kuczynski. They are on a team with Rowan Kamel - Director, Consumer, Matteo Bianchi - Managing Director, Qatar.
