Wassim Irani

Wassim Irani is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over two decades in the food service industry. Currently serving as Production Manager at Kitopi since December 2021, Wassim previously held the position of Group Executive Chef at Al Diyar Al Qataria International Group from September 2014 to December 2021. Earlier roles include Executive Chef at SHAQAB for over fifteen years and Sous Chef at Jet Set Gourmet from March 2003 to August 2006. Wassim holds a Bachelor of Technology in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Maahad al kafaat al jamee, completed in July 2003.
