Ryan Fraser Pearce

Ryan Fraser Pearce is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Kittl since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan served as the Lead Technical Recruiter at Meta from November 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included building the Metaverse team by hiring Software and Machine Learning Engineers at senior levels. Before Meta, Ryan was the Lead Technical Recruiter at Twitter from December 2018 to November 2021, contributing to the expansion of Twitter EMEA from 80 to hundreds of employees while focusing on recruitment from IC4 to Director levels. Ryan's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Talent Partner at Talentful from January to December 2018, where contributions involved hiring for companies such as Sphere and Elliptic, and as a Technical Recruiter at Premier Group Recruitment from September 2016 to January 2018.
