Meghan Kies

Meghan Kies has extensive experience in human capital management within the finance sector. Currently, Meghan serves as part of the Human Capital team at KKR & Co. Inc., focusing on Credit & Capital Markets since July 2021. Prior to this role, Meghan was an HR Relationship Manager for Investments at Wellington Management from May 2020 to July 2021. Meghan's career in human resources began at AQR Capital Management, where a significant tenure from January 2007 to May 2020 included responsibilities as Senior HR Business Partner and Head of International HR. Earlier experience includes a role in Investment Recruiting at Amaranth from November 2004 to December 2006. Educationally, Meghan holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management and Human Resource Development from Manhattanville University (2006-2009) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Siena College (1998-2002).
