With over 15 years of experience, Vivian has held roles as a Chief Talent Officer, McKinsey Associate Partner, and Deloitte consultant, guiding global organizations through transformation and leadership development. They previously worked at the Executive Office of the President and the United States House of Representatives, among others. Vivian holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's in International Political Economics from the London School of Economics.
