Shaul Shvimmer

Shaul Shvimmer is a Computer Vision & Deep Learning Algorithms Engineer at KLA since May 2021, specializing in Gen-AI technologies such as GAN and Diffusion for various applications including image enhancement, super-resolution, and segmentation. Shaul has a Master of Science in Electro-Optical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where the focus was on multispectral video processing for emotion recognition, resulting in a publication in "Nature Scientific Reports." Previous experience includes working at Integrity Diagnostics Ltd. as an Acoustic Emission signal processing engineer, and at Intel Corporation in a student engineer role. Additionally, leadership experience was gained as team leader for the BGRacing Team, which designs and competes with cars in Formula Student competitions. Shaul holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering, with a focus on the electrical properties of semiconductors, also from Ben-Gurion University.
