Thomas P. McCaffrey

Thomas P. McCaffrey has served as a member of the KLXE Board since May 2020 and continued to serve as a member of the KLXE Board upon completion of the merger with QES in July 2020. Mr. McCaffrey also became Chairman of the Integration Committee of the KLXE Board upon completion of the merger. Mr. McCaffrey previously served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of KLXE, from April 30, 2020 through the completion of the merger. Previously, Mr. McCaffrey served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of KLXE from September 2018 until April 30, 2020. Prior to that, Mr. McCaffrey served as President and Chief Operating Officer of KLX Inc. from December 2014 until its sale to The Boeing Company in October 2018 and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of B/E Aerospace from May 1993 until December 2014. Prior to joining B/E Aerospace, Mr. McCaffrey practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for 17 years with a large international accounting firm and a regional accounting firm based in California. Since 2016, Mr. McCaffrey has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Palm Beach Atlantic University, Chairman of its Development Committee and as a member of its Audit Committee.
