Valerie Bauer Gore

Valerie Bauer Gore currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Knack since June 2023. Previously, Valerie held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Loop from May 2021 to January 2023, where contributions included driving strategic financial management for a venture-backed returns and exchange software company. Prior to Loop, Valerie was Senior Director of Finance at VMware Carbon Black following its acquisition by VMware for $2.1 billion. Valerie's extensive experience in finance includes significant leadership roles at Constant Contact, serving as Vice President of Finance and earlier as Director of Strategic Finance, where responsibilities encompassed operational planning and financial analysis post-acquisition. Valerie began her professional journey as an Independent Consultant with VBG Consulting, focusing on strategic and organizational challenges for small to mid-sized businesses. Valerie holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
