Jim Rubottom

Jim Rubottom has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at The Knapheide Manufacturing Company since November 1989. Prior to this role, Jim worked at Trane Company from December 1979 to November 1989, where responsibilities included serving as a labor relations specialist and Human Resource Manager across various locations. Jim holds a Master of Science in Labor Relations from the University of Kansas, obtained from 1976 to 1977, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Baker University, completed from 1974 to 1976.
