Shabab Qadar

Shabab Qadar is the Head of London Research at Knight Frank, where they have been a Partner since 2021. They possess substantial experience in UK and European Real Estate, having previously served as Head of UK and Ireland Research at Grosvenor from 2003 to 2008, and as a Senior Analyst (Director) in Real Estate Securities at Invesco Ltd. from 2008 to 2017. Prior to this, Shabab worked as an Economist for the Engineering Employers Federation from 1999 to 2003. Shabab holds an education from Birkbeck, University of London, completed in 1999. Their current interests include ESG data analytics and cities.
