Hoerauf

Jon Hoerauf is an experienced executive with a robust background in operational leadership within the apparel and outdoor industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Knix since January 2024, Hoerauf previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Herschel Supply Company from March 2021 to September 2023. Additional leadership roles include President of Amer Sports Corporation’s apparel division and Arc'teryx Equipment, along with various positions at The North Face and VF Corporation. Hoerauf's career began at OPSA, where a focus on sales management was established. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from Michigan State University.
