Charissa Wagner

Charissa Wagner has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Vice President of People at Taylor Morrison since October 2008. In this role, Charissa provides strategic HR advice to the corporate office and various regional divisions across California, Colorado, and Arizona, focusing on employee relations, mentoring, and career management. Previously, Charissa worked as a Human Resources Manager at Cox Communications from 2005 to 2008, consulting on employee relations and performance management for over 500 employees in sales and marketing. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of HR at UPS Teleservices from 1999 to 2005, where Charissa supported multiple call center operations and established departmental goals. Charissa holds a degree from the University of Arizona, completed between 1990 and 1994.
