Aki Koivunen

Aki Koivunen is an experienced cloud architect and tech lead currently at Knowit since October 2021, previously serving as a cloud architecture consultant at Cybercom Group and as an operations engineer at Amino Communications. Aki's background includes cloud administration at Innofactor, where responsibilities involved managing infrastructure for various digital services and enhancing service transformations. Aki's earlier roles include serving as a support specialist at Ixonos, focusing on cloud and hosting support processes, and as a service desk person at StudentWork Finland, where Aki managed customer contact and system administration. Aki started working life as a bartender at SK Ravintolat. Aki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Automation from Tampere University of Technology.
