Victoria Mirchandani

Victoria Mirchandani is an experienced music industry professional with a strong background in sync and licensing. Currently serving as Director of Sync at Kobalt Music since April 2020, Victoria has previously held positions including Senior Sync and Licensing Executive at Sony/ATV Music Publishing and Licensing Executive at Universal Music Publishing Group. Victoria’s early career featured roles at The Walt Disney Company in music licensing, Caroline International in international marketing, and Universal Music Group International in commercial affairs. Victoria holds a BA (Hons) in Music Business from the University of Surrey and a Higher Certificate of Education in Music & New Media Management from Manchester City College.
