Matias Kolbe

Matias Kolbe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) systems in the cosmetics and chemical industries. Currently serving as Gerente de Qualidade e HSE at Kobo Products, Inc. since August 2021, Matias oversees quality management systems and leads ESG initiatives. Previous roles include Coordenador da Qualidade e ESG, where responsibilities encompassed quality management and compliance, and QHSE Supervisor, managing quality systems in accordance with regulatory standards. Matias also has a strong background in quality assurance and laboratory management from GLOBE QUIMICA S/A and Syngenta, where key achievements included the implementation of comprehensive quality indicators and leading teams in a 24/7 operational environment. Matias holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from USP and an MBA from FGV.
