Anuradha Sharma

Anuradha is a Partner in the Firm. She heads the Corporate Compliance Practice Desk of Kochhar & Co. Her practice areas include advising various multinational companies in setting up their presence in India as well as assisting them in complying with Indian company law regulations on routine basis. She has also advised various multinational clients on complex company law issues.

She has experience in handling mergers of different entities and has been involved in each stage of merger including drafting of merger petitions and appearance before the concerned courts for seeking approval of merger petitions. She has also been involved in conducting several corporate and operational due diligence into the affairs of Indian companies. Anuradha has experience in advising clients on winding up of client companies. She has been involved in voluntary winding up of several companies in India.

She also has significant litigation experience and represented leading Indian companies in numerous matters before India's Supreme Court and the High Court of Delhi. She has also represented various Indian clients before various tribunals such as Company Law Board, MRTP Commission, Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) and Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (AAIFR).

In addition to above, Anuradha is a part of Firm’s Anti Sexual Harassment Practice. She is an ICC member of various multinational companies and has handled sexual harassment complaints.
