Nishant Menon

Nishant Menon is a Senior Partner in the Delhi office of the Firm. He is a key member of the Firm’s disputes resolution practice group.

Nishant has a rich and diversified experience spanning over 19 years in the field of litigation & alternate dispute resolution. His practice includes civil litigation, corporate commercial litigation and alternate dispute resolution.

During the course of his extensive career at the Bar, Nishant has appeared in numerous domestic and international arbitration cases ranging from complex & intricate construction contracts, offshore marine construction of oil & gas drilling and production platforms, sale of goods, letters of credit, transfer of technology and know-how agreements. Nishant has been credited for adept handling of complex and high-stake international commercial arbitrations for some of the leading public-sector undertakings (PSU) in India. Some of these international arbitration proceedings were conducted before ICC, LCIA and SIAC.

As a litigator, Nishant regularly represents various multinational and domestic corporations as well as multinational and nationalized banks before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, other state High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal and Statutory Tribunals.
