Kristen Lindemann

Kristen Lindemann is a finance professional with extensive experience in power system manufacturing operations and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Finance at Rehlko since May 2024, Kristen is responsible for financial matters across multiple manufacturing facilities and leads the annual standard costing process. Previously, Kristen held various positions at Kohler Co. from June 2012 to April 2024, including Manager of Finance for Power System Manufacturing Operations and Finance Manager for Category Strategy Global Styling Space. Notable accomplishments include transitioning Kohler Lighting into a distinct business unit, developing financial reporting processes, and overseeing financial planning and forecasting efforts. Kristen earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Lubar College of Business in 2012.
