Abhishek Gupta

Abhishek Gupta currently serves as Deputy General Manager-B2C Platform at Kohler Co. since October 2020, with prior experience in various managerial and technical roles including Senior Manager - Web Development and Integration and Manager – Integration and Web Development. In these roles, Abhishek has effectively managed complex technical projects, directed core enterprise architecture, and led teams, significantly scaling a development team from two to over forty members while maintaining low attrition and achieving substantial cost savings. A Technical Leader/Associate Architect at Johnson Controls (2015-2020), Abhishek focused on software delivery for complex projects. Abhishek's earlier experiences include positions at KPIT and Cognizant Technology Solutions. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from the Oriental Institute of Science and Technology Bhopal and is currently pursuing a General Management Program at the Indian School of Business.
