Pooja A Nagpal

Pooja A Nagpal currently serves as the Head of Learning and Talent Development for the APAC region at Kohler Co., where responsibilities include leading global strategic partnerships and aligning talent development initiatives with organizational objectives. Earlier experience includes a role as Lead Corporate Consultant and Coach at Teamlease Services Limited, and Assistant Manager of Learning and Talent Management at Dell, which involved managing training processes and interventions. Pooja holds a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and recently pursued education at the Academy to Innovate HR from 2021 to 2023.
