Terri Shimohara

Terri leads all people initiatives and services and is responsible for aligning Kologik’s people strategy with our key business objectives. Terri brings demonstrated leadership experience in talent management, culture change, employee engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Terri has over 20 years of experience in the software industry in Human Resources and operational roles. Previously, Terri was VP of Administration and Human Resources at NC4 for ten years.

Here, she was responsible for all Human Resources services and led the design and rollout of executive and employee compensation programs, facilitated executive leadership development, and was a core member on acquisition and divestiture activities. Terri has also been the VP Human Resources and was a member of the executive leadership teams at The Decurion Corporation and Candle Corporation.
