Gavin Thomas

Gavin Boyd Thomas, P.E. is a seasoned Development Executive at Kolter Group since June 2015 and has been a Project Manager at RW Armstrong since August 2008. Key projects include serving as Construction Manager for the $3 billion Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi, overseeing the $2 billion Al Reef Villas housing development, and providing program management for GovGuam and the Guam Power Authority. Previous experience includes roles as Deputy Resident Engineer for a luxury condominium development in Abu Dhabi and Project Manager on the $2 billion Tripoli Marina Project in Libya. Earlier in their career, Thomas held various engineering and management positions at Bosa Development and W.E. O'Neil Construction. Thomas holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a BA in Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
