Janet Phillips

Janet Phillips is the VP of People at Kong. Janet has over fifteen years of experience in leading global, cross-functional teams through fast-paced due-diligence and post-merger integration efforts on multiple domestic and global transactions. Janet focuses on the following areas: due diligence and integration leader, developing and enhancing M&A playbooks, working with cross-functional M&A teams to increase speed, agility and performance, executive coaching and mentoring high-potential employees in the SYMC Coaching program. Prior to Kong, Janet was the Senior Director of M&A-Due Dilligence and Integration at Symantec from January 2009 to October 2016. Before Symantec, Janet was the Director of Technical Support and Training Services at SonicWALL from March 2001 to November 2006 where they were responsible for leading Technical Support and Education Services efforts.

Janet Phillips has a BA from Temple University in Communications and graduated Cum Laude. Janet also has a certification from Prosci Change Management Professional.
