Luke Zacharias

Luke Zacharias is an experienced IT process consultant and HR specialist currently working at Boskalis since October 2021, focusing on HR corporate functions and campus initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as project leader at MACOIN, where responsibilities encompassed ICT processes and project management, and multiple positions within the Municipality of The Hague from March 2018 to May 2021, including project leadership for One Young World. Luke has also worked in various capacities at Unilever, managing recruitment processes and supporting HR leadership development, as well as holding internship positions in human resources at Hoffelijk and CuraMare. Academically, Luke holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Resource Economics from Kasetsart University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from HZ University of Applied Sciences, with additional training from the Clingendael Institute in International Relations.
