Lynne Silver

Lynne Silver is an experienced Crewing Coordinator currently working at Boskalis since January 2021, following a role as Personnel Coordinator at Rever Offshore from April 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, Lynne held the same title at GoreVega from January 2014 to April 2019 and at Ocean Rig from July 2013 to January 2014, where responsibilities included human resources and logistics for the ultra deepwater drill ship Olympia in Angola. Lynne's career began as a Personnel Logistics Coordinator at Compass Group from March 2012 to July 2013, and included a position as a UK Field Sales Executive at SITA from July 2011 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in Management with Human Resources from Robert Gordon University, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
