Ana Jovic

Ana Jovic, M.Sc., is an experienced quality and innovation manager currently employed at Koninklijke Grolsch since September 2025. With a strong background in quality assurance and process optimization, Ana previously held positions such as Quality Assurance Manager at Infinite Roots® and Molson Coors Beverage Company, where responsibilities included quality management systems, product development, and supplier management. Ana's career began as a Brewing Process Engineer at Apatinska Pivara Apatin d.o.o., following an international trainee position at Novozymes Switzerland AG. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Food Science from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Belgrade.
