Kara Pate

Kara Pate currently serves as the Clinical Outreach and Business Development professional at Koplin Consulting and as an Independent Consultant for Kingdom Consulting Solutions. Previously, Kara held various leadership roles including Senior National Business Development Account Manager at SunCloud Health and Vice President of Outreach, Specialty Programs at Embark Behavioral Health, where the focus was on reducing adolescent suicide rates. Additional experience includes National Director of Clinical Outreach at Silver Hill Hospital, Regional Director of Clinical Partnerships at Selah House, and Director of Business Development at Ocean Recovery. Kara's early career involved marketing and administrative roles at CAST Centers LLC, Timberline Knolls, and Fuscoe Engineering. Kara holds a Master’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship and Change from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from California State University, Long Beach.
