Leah Ginsberg

Leah Ginsberg currently serves as the Learning and Development Director at Korn Ferry, a position held since September 2022, while also managing learning initiatives at Infinity Consulting Solutions since January 2019. Leah possesses extensive experience in developing and executing various learning programs, training content, and leadership development training across multiple employee levels. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager positions at Solomon Page and Forrest Solutions Group, as well as Operations Manager at Marriott International, where management of sizable teams and operational oversight were key responsibilities. Leah holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Hospitality and Information Technology from UMass Amherst.
