Pedro Rocha Matos

Pedro Rocha Matos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership consulting and talent management. Currently serving as Senior Client Partner and Head of Consulting for Korn Ferry since October 2015, Pedro previously held positions as an Independent Senior Advisor for leadership and talent issues, and Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, where contributions were made to establishing leadership practices in Southern Europe and Latin America. Additionally, Pedro acted as COO at Accelerator, focusing on stakeholder management strategies, and has imparted knowledge as a teacher at ISCTE INDEG Business School. An alumnus of Universidade Católica Portuguesa with a degree in Economics, Pedro further enhanced expertise through numerous certifications in executive coaching and leadership from prestigious institutions, including Kellogg Executive Education and Korn Ferry Institute.
